The Kolden Report: Nashua, MT Cemetery, Part two September 16, 2013

Hello, kids.

Back at the cemetery...

Personal touches.

Flowers that will never die.

Another beautiful stone.

Looking at this artistry up close, I can only imagine how difficult it is to carve these flowers.  One slip and you've ruined the stone!

Simplicity.

This small pile of stones reminded me of "Schindler's List".

This fella could probably tell quite a story.  Civil war vet AND Montana pioneer.

Nice work, Grimsrud clan.

Cowboy friend of Charlie Russell.  I bet these folks could tell some stories.

Deep sea diver age 24 in 1986.  Such an interesting group of folks in this tiny cemetery!  And that is just a few folks with headstones giving you a glimpse at who they were.  What about all the folks who are marked only with a metal grave plate?  Who were they?  What made THEM tick?

The big picture.
