The Kolden Report: Sandbar and beyond.

                   Hello, kids!

Some weeks ago, I spent a bit of time at the river.  I am so enthralled with the changes occurring along the sand bar, post flood.  We are now entering the third year of "healing" for the ravaged Missouri River Shores and the changes are remarkable!    Enjoy this look and beyond...

Nature's decor.

Texture.  (I found this log with odd textural elements, interesting.  Wonder what caused it?)

10 Penny.

Home, sweet home.  Not sure who's home, though.  (Piles of detritus still lie where the river deposited them and now have become home for critters.)

Hidden pond.

Silken shores (A closer look.  LOVE this!)

A curious squirrel kept tabs on me as I moved through the woods.

Solidarity.

Line up.

Let the sun shine!  (I am so enamored of the affect clouds have on the sun.)

Eclipse.

Dawn.  (It's been awhile since you've seen this view, right?)

High stepper.

Two, tango.

Lush lily.

Up next:  Spring camping!
