The Kolden Report: A Trip about the lake. Part one, 10-9-13

Hello, kids!

If you can, donate some blood....save a life.

As for me?  I'm still catching up.  This report is from August's venture to Fort Peck Lake.  Enjoy!

Bee buds?  Such different appearances!

Look at how ragged the wings.  I wonder what causes that?  The large balls of orange pollen on the lower bee's legs must be heavy to fly with...

Pot belly.  (Those long fingers look humanoid!)

Two-fer.

What's going on in the neighborhood?

Family vigilance.

Pair stare.    (This has the strange appearance of two heads, one body.....)

Peter Cottontail.

Condo for birds.

Sittin' on the dock of the bay.

 Water hole with a view.

I LOVE that some little camper glorified a blooming weed by building a rock border around it!

Up next, "There's a snake in the Outhouse!"
