The kolden Report: A river runs through it. December 28, 2012

Hi, kids!

I have a reminder for those of you who have a balance at NEMHS after your insurance has paid OR  for those of you who are uninsured.   Until Monday, Dec 31st, you can pay half of what you owe and have the balance wiped clean.  This is quite a gift so get in and take advantage of it before Monday at 5pm.

It has been fairly chilly here in the patch (as we affectionately used to refer to Wolf Point or "dog patch").  Even so, I've managed a few shots for a report.

Montana Moon (It's been big and bright the past few nights and I can't get enough of it!)

Back to the future?

The camera struggled to focus due to floating ice crystals and steaming air.  (I will continue to practice....)

Shades of gray.

Winter wonderland.

Hawk perch.

Watching, warily.

Monochromatica.

The world is black.  The world is white....

Rising water.

...and a river runs through it.

Iceberg symphony.

Bliss, in brown.

Hats of white.

DEEP freeze.

"...like a bridge....over troubled water."

Pillar pose.

NO time to be swimming.

Snowbound.

Winter "coat".

"Frosty, the Snowman...'

"Hark, the herald angels sing!"

"Starry, starry night".

"The old grey mare, she aint what she used to be..."
